Is this what "pro-choice" has come to?

I have seen many comments by democrats painting every conservative with a broad brush in the Akin debacle and asking: “how can people support this guy?” I don’t support this guy Akin in the least. Rape is rape and any other explanation is asinine to argue. The principled argument of punishing an innocent life for something a criminal did is an argument to be had. But Akin’s comments are not defendable.

But here is my question for all of you self-righteous democrats crowing about a woman’s right to choose: How can you support a guy that believes leaving an innocent human being, on a cold slab to die, after a botched abortion is acceptable and not evil? Well that is what President Obama believes and has supported as a US Senator. So where is the outrage?

So think hard about an asinine remark compared to a guy supporting legislation to let innocent babies die a cold cruel death. Are you proud of this? How do you defend this? How can you vote for such evil? Answer that and then we can talk about Akin.

I ask you: Is this really what “pro-choice” people support?

 

Sen. Obama’s controversial history with the ‘Born Alive’ legislation

The Born Alive Infant Protection Act drew a firm line in the sand—no killing innocent humans after they have been born. It was a line Illinois State Sen. Barack Obama refused to accept.

• Obama voted four times against legislation to protect and care for infants accidentally born alive during late-term abortions. The carefully worded bill had no effect on abortion rights.
• A federal version of the bill passed Congress in 2002 without a single dissenting vote.
• For four years, Obama has said that he would have voted for the federal version because it contained a pre-birth "neutrality clause" the Illinois legislation lacked. When this claim was questioned, he said his critics were "lying."
• New documents show that Obama voted on a version identical to the federal bill, which included the so-called "neutrality clause. " He voted against it.

Babies left to die

In Illinois, witnesses discovered that living babies were being left to die following a certain abortion procedure. In this procedure, called induced labor abortion, the pregnant woman is given drugs to dilate the cervix and induce contractions, forcing the premature baby out of the uterus. Sometimes the baby is born dead (killed by the force of the contractions) but other times the infant is born alive—a "live-birth abortion."

A New World Order Can Never Work…

The evidence that we should get out of the business of world agencies, currency, and debacles like the European Union are obvious to everyone, except the bureaucrats and elitists. Our founders had the formula for success, and it was no central world government, it was the individual.

It is so much easier to manage our own affairs than expect a global bureaucracy to determine when and with how much money we can retire. It is easy for individuals to provide for their own education, housing, healthcare, and all of life’s needs and luxuries, so why this seemingly passionate drive to global central “authorities”?

The United States is governed by the constitution which puts the power to govern with the individual, where we as individuals elect representatives temporarily to do so on our behalf. We have fifty individual republics that have constitutional authority to handle their own affairs.

When we decide we want change we change the elected representatives, we do so based on our interests. No one at the federal level is authorized to enter into any agreement that will take any power away from us at the state level. We can never succumb to a global body without violating the law of our land. Who will we hold accountable in a global body, and how?

What we must do at the state level is to reduce our funding to the federal government based on constitutionally authorized powers, and end the seemingly endless taking of our individual labor for unconstitutional purposes.

It is time to end the government’s drive to connect us with these unaccountable corrupt global bodies and re-focus on our country and re-affirming our constitutional principles. Companies and economic free markets should continue to do what makes economic sense for them but not with any guarantees from any government.

It is time to focus again on America. It is time to focus again on the individual. It is time again to throw out these elitists that believe global leadership is the answer. We have seen global leaderships impact on the individual, and it is destructive. We are currently seeing what you get when you allow elitist globalists to run things; chaos…

Healthcare for all is a death wish…

You have to read this article based on a book written by disgraced Health and Human Services Secretary Nominee, and former Senator Tom Daschle. Buried in the “stimulus” bill is a move toward mandatory healthcare for all Americans. Sounds good but like any evil plot the devil is in the details.

This government takeover includes a board of bureaucrats that will decide who lives and who dies. What drugs and experimental treatment will be allowed or not. What doctors must do to get paid, and the penalties they will receive if not in compliance with bureaucratic rules.

It includes a database of every American’s health care records under the guise of efficiency but what they will be used for is to decide whether or not you are worth investing precious government healthcare resources into. In other words if you have a medical history of problems you may not be worth the investment for a kidney transplant, heart valve, knee replacement, cancer surgery, or any other treatment that will need to be approved by the bureaucrats.

Again, read this article and the absolute evil that Tom Daschle and the democrats are about to lay on the innocent American public. You will cringe at the idea that your life will no longer be in the hands of you and your doctor, and that your life will be decided on the cost of healthcare and no longer a view of the sanctity of life.

If we allow this to pass without recourse, we deserve our fate. We must fight this insanity. Is it time for the productive people of the world to show up in Washington DC and make our thoughts known? What will it take to motivate us and stop these out of control politicians that apparently believe they can play God with our lives?!!
